World Development Systems is nestled within the beautiful and scenic Malvern Hills in Worcestershire, United Kingdom. The company was established in 1991 and develops a range of intelligent energy products, ranging from individual wearable pendants, custom agricultural solutions, devices to help with computer and mobile phone radiation, and the e-Lybra Energy Balancing System - a comprehensive energy balancing system for professional practitioners.

Victor is the CEO of World Development Systems. He is both an internationally recognised Healer and a Metaphysical design engineer, working on advanced computerised Vibrational-Medicine and Bio-resonance instruments and systems. He is dedicated to the search for new ways of healing. His wonderfully dry sense of humour makes light work of the extra-ordinary phenomena he works with.

Victor is trained in - and practices - many forms of complementary therapy and he has created a bridge of understanding between modern electronics, computer software programming, energy medicine and body consciousness.

When he is not busy inventing things he is normally busy inventing other things.

Jon Perkins

Software Developer

Jon has been a software developer for over 35 years and works hard to keep on top of the constant changes and innovations in this area. He is a systems architect, database specialist, and developer of websites and applications for the Microsoft Windows platform. He was also a journalist for two years for the UKs top software development magazine EXE, and was also a technical editor for the Microsoft Developer Network - an information service run by Microsoft for software developers who use their development software.

Jon also shares a passion and a talent for energy medicine and has been with World Development Systems since 2002. He is also an energy healer.

He doesn't yet know what he wants to do when he grows up.
